⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best parenting book for moms!

As a mom of 3, with one child who is very emotionally explosive, I really have to watch my reactions and not get dragged into the chaos. The MamaZen Parenting Method taught me how to catch myself before I burst, and how to calm down instead of getting pulled into a war of yelling with my own child. It’s incredibly helpful because it doesn’t just give endless instructions like so many other books, it actually shows you a clear, practical path to calm. Now I realize I don’t need to do more, but to be aware and break the negative cycle, and that’s exactly what this book helped me do. Highly recommended to any mom with highly sensitive kids.
