What is the subconscious mind?

The subconscious is the part of our minds that makes decisions without our needing to actively think about them, so it chooses for us without us realizing it. It's different from the conscious mind, which encompasses the thoughts we know we are having at any given moment. 

All our thinking, talking, and doing is influenced by our subconscious mind, shaped by our childhood and events that happened to us. These include fear, belief, desire, and memory that you might not be consciously aware of.
