Hi, I’m Irin. I built MamaZen after months of yelling, crying, and hating how I was showing up as a mom.
I had postpartum anxiety. Rage I didn’t recognize. And a deep fear I was ruining my kids.
My husband is a clinical hypnotherapist, and I asked him for help—because I didn’t need a tip. I needed a way out.
That first session changed everything. So we built MamaZen for moms, everywhere who are silently struggling.
And because this method saved my parenting journey, I wrote a book about it too: The MamaZen Method. To show you it’s possible to rebuild. To parent with calm. To come back to yourself.

It’s a guide to transforming how you feel, think, and respond—so you can parent with calm, clarity, and confidence.

Books give you insight.
Tips give you strategies.
But when your child is screaming in the back seat, your body doesn’t reach for insight or strategies.
It defaults to survival mode—and that’s where MamaZen meets you.
You don’t need more advice.
You need to reset your baseline.

Yes. Fear of labor is very common, especially for first-time moms. Many women worry about pain, unexpected complications, losing control, or not knowing what to expect during childbirth.
Fear of labor can be caused by uncertainty, hearing negative birth stories, previous traumatic experiences, fear of pain, concerns about medical interventions, or anxiety about your baby's wellbeing.
Learning about the birth process, practicing relaxation techniques, using guided meditation or hypnobirthing, and talking with your healthcare provider can all help reduce fear and build confidence before labor begins.
Yes. Hypnobirthing uses guided relaxation, breathing techniques, and positive visualization to help calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and help you approach labor with greater confidence.
If your fear of labor feels overwhelming, causes panic attacks, affects your sleep, or prevents you from enjoying your pregnancy, talk to your healthcare provider. They can help you find the right support and resources.
Yes. MamaZen offers guided audio sessions for fear of labor, hypnobirthing, birth preparation, relaxation, and pregnancy anxiety to help you feel calmer, more confident, and emotionally prepared for childbirth.
