Pregnancy can bring unexpected emotional ups and downs. Discover gentle, evidence-based support to help you feel calmer, more balanced, and emotionally supported every step of the way.
Pregnancy changes more than your body, it also affects your emotions. One moment you may feel excited, and the next you might feel overwhelmed, tearful, anxious, or irritable without fully understanding why. Hormonal changes, physical discomfort, changing expectations, and preparing for a new chapter of life can all affect how you feel. These emotional ups and downs are incredibly common, but they can still feel confusing and exhausting.
The good news is that with the right support, you can better understand your emotions, calm your nervous system, and feel more emotionally balanced throughout your pregnancy.

Hi, I’m Irin. I built MamaZen after months of yelling, crying, and hating how I was showing up as a mom.
I had postpartum anxiety. Rage I didn’t recognize. And a deep fear I was ruining my kids.
My husband is a clinical hypnotherapist, and I asked him for help—because I didn’t need a tip. I needed a way out.
That first session changed everything. So we built MamaZen for moms, everywhere who are silently struggling.
And because this method saved my parenting journey, I wrote a book about it too: The MamaZen Method. To show you it’s possible to rebuild. To parent with calm. To come back to yourself.

It’s a guide to transforming how you feel, think, and respond—so you can parent with calm, clarity, and confidence.

Books give you insight.
Tips give you strategies.
But when your child is screaming in the back seat, your body doesn’t reach for insight or strategies.
It defaults to survival mode—and that’s where MamaZen meets you.
You don’t need more advice.
You need to reset your baseline.
