Hi, I’m Irin. I built MamaZen after months of yelling, crying, and hating how I was showing up as a mom.
I had postpartum anxiety. Rage I didn’t recognize. And a deep fear I was ruining my kids.
My husband is a clinical hypnotherapist, and I asked him for help—because I didn’t need a tip. I needed a way out.
That first session changed everything. So we built MamaZen for moms, everywhere who are silently struggling.
And because this method saved my parenting journey, I wrote a book about it too: The MamaZen Method. To show you it’s possible to rebuild. To parent with calm. To come back to yourself.
The guilt after yelling was unbearable. I’d cry in the bathroom and promise to do better, but I didn’t know how. MamaZen showed me how to repair, regulate, and forgive myself.
